TENDER CALL ASPHALT RESURFACING 2011 INGLEWOOD DRIVE, WOOLASTOOK DRIVE and CENTRUM PARKING LOTS GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD, N.B. PROJECT NO: 11-4750 Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, May 17, 2011 at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office. The Work consists generally of the cold milling of approximately 6700 square metres of existing pavement; 5600 square metres of pavement reinforcement; adjusting existing precast concrete structures; supply, placement and compaction of approximately 10,500 tonnes of hot-mix asphalt; supply, placement and compaction of 800 tonnes of shoulder material; pavement markings and signage. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, P.O. Box 3001, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield, N.B, E5K 4V3 OR FROM Dillon Consulting, 274 Sydney Street, Saint John, N.B., E2L 0A8, (Tel. 506-633-5000) upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($140,000.00) must accompany each Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible.
