Blind Hockey Player Skates Across Canada

MARK DEMONTIS, who is legally blind and is the founder of COURAGE CANADA continues his cross-country inline skate. Donations were made by our local Lions Club and Mayor Grace Losier. In 2009, Mark skated 5,000 km from Toronto to Vancouver.  Mark is now skating the 2,000 km from Halifax to Toronto to raise more funds and awareness so Canadians who are blind and visually impaired can have the equal oppertunity to learn and play hockey. you can follow his daily blog at couragecanada.ca
