FOOT BRIDGE ELIMINATION WALKING TRAIL GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD, N.B. PROJECT NO: 09-2797(D)
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, September 30, 2011 at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office. The Work consists generally of the removal of four (4) existing wooden foot bridges and replacement with reinforced concrete storm sewer pipe ranging in size from 450 mm to 900 mm in diameter. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, P.O. Box 3001, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield, N.B, E5K 4V3 OR FROM Dillon Consulting Limited., 274 Sydney Street, Suite 200, Saint John, N.B., E2L 0A8. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) must accompany each Tender. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender. Town
