| RE: APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE
ROBIN & KIMBERLEY COSMAN – 20 BEVERLEY HILLS DRIVE (A) LETTER FROM K. M. GOODWIN DATED NOVEMBER 24, 2003
Three letters were received from neighbouring property owners as follows: |

Applicant, Robin Cosman was present to speak to the Committee but offered no further details or plan to illustrate his application. Due to the fact that Questions #10 and #11 were not filled in on the Application for Variance Form, the Chairman asked Mr.Cosman if he wouldn’t mind answering them for the Committee.

| Mr. K. Goodwin was present to speak in opposition to this Proposal,
for reasons referenced in his letter dated November 24, 2003. He
also added that he does not see any physical reason why the shed could
not be located in the rear yard and offered the use of his own driveway
to give better access in re-locating the shed.
The following motion was then made: “…moved by James Evans that the Planning Advisory Committee Deny Request for Variance to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the development of an accessory building at 20 Beverley Hills Drive, PID No. 30085013 within the required front yard and side yard setbacks….” Motion seconded by Ralph Stevens. Carried.
