CALL TO ORDER
The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee met for a regular meeting on Monday, December 1, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. with Chairman, Ralph Stevens presiding. |

RE: CHRIS MCBRIDE – 34 WOOLASTOOK DRIVE (A) DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S REPORT DATED NOV. 27, 2008 There was no one present speaking in favor of or against this Application. “…moved by Ron Daigle that the Planning Advisory Committee approve the following Variance to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the purpose of constructing/locating an accessory building as illustrated by the accompanying site plan, to be located at 34 Woolastook Drive, PID Nos. 30227334/217067: a) under Section 8.2.2.3(d), grant a Variance of 5.37 m to reduce the required Front Yard Setback from 7.5 m to 2.13 m….” Seconded by Cllr. Bev Day. Carried. |
