Council that they have reviewed the Town’s Zoning By-law No. 101 provisions
respecting swimming pools, in consideration of by-law provisions of surrounding
municipalities and make no recommendation for changes to the by-law citing
the existing provisions provide “reasonable precaution” in protecting the
use of swimming pools within our community….”
