Council that the following two Planning Advisory Committee Members have
terms due to expire on January 1, 2006:
Larry Chapman James Burke with a request for letters from the outgoing members indicating their willingness to re-offer for a new term to be submitted to the Town … Seconded by Ron Daigle. Carried.

RE: REVIEW OF BY-LAW PROVISIONS |

| “…moved by Ralph Stevens that the Planning Advisory Committee advise
Council that they have reviewed the Town’s Zoning By-law No. 101 provisions
respecting swimming pools, in consideration of by-law provisions of surrounding
municipalities and make no recommendation for changes to the by-law citing
the existing provisions provide “reasonable precaution” in protecting the
use of swimming pools within our community….”
