(A) DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S REPORT DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 2005 (B) PETER A. PERRY LETTER DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 2005 Applicant, Grant Maxwell was present and gave the following presentation:
Peter Perry of 38 Sunset Crescent was present speaking against this Application, as per his letter dated September 19, 2005, as follows:
“ …moved by Mel Steffens that the Planning Advisory Committee, regarding the following request for Variances to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the construction of an accessory structure, and fence to be located at 37 Majestic Drive, PID No. 30076293: a) under Section 5.1.4, grant a Variance of 6.28 m to reduce the
required Front Yard setback from 7.5 m to 1.22 m for the construction
of the pergola;
