There was no one present with regard to this Application. “…moved by Ralph Stevens that the Planning Advisory Committee recommend to Council the acceptance of $64.03 (cash, money order or certified cheque) as money in lieu of Land for Public Purposes, for the approval of 1 new residential building lot to be created on Murray Street as shown on Tentative Subdivision Plan, Homestead Subdivision, Lot 3, as prepared by Kierstead Quigley & Roberts, dated July 29, 2004, subject to: |
