(A) DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S REPORT DATED AUGUST 30/07 (B) FLOOR PLAN RECEIVED SEPTEMBER 4/07 FROM GARY FOWLER Mel Steffens sat in the public seating area while this Application was being addressed. There was no one present speaking in favor of or against this Application. “…moved by Jim Burke that the Planning Advisory Committee deny the request for variance to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the construction of an accessory building, to be located at 19 Teal Street, PID No. 00209510 requiring an increase of 17.9 m² to the maximum area of the accessory building….” Seconded by James Evans. Carried.
