(A) DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S REPORT DATED DECEMBR 1, 2005 Applicant, Natalie Mersereau was present and advised the Committee that Variances are required, as the property goes up hill and there was no other place to construct the storage shed. There was no one present speaking in favor of or against this Application. “…moved by Ralph Stevens that the Planning Advisory Committee approve the following Variances to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the construction of an accessory building, to be located as per submitted site plan at 225 Woolastook Drive, PID No. 00219444: a) under Section 5.1.3(b), grant a Variance of 1.39 m to reduce the required minimum Side Yard Setback from 1.5 m to 0.11 m; b) under Section 5.1.8, grant a Variance of 0.64 m to reduce a required separation of structures from 1.5 m to 0.86 m….” Seconded by Deputy Mayor Murphy. Carried.

There was no one present speaking in favor of or against this Application. “…moved by Mel Stefens that the Planning Advisory Committee approve the following Variance to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the construction of an accessory building (detached garage), to be located as per submitted site plan at 23 Young Street, PID Nos. 00220475/00220459: a) under Section 8.2.2.3(d), grant a Variance of 5.1 m to reduce the
required Front Yard Setback from 7.5 m to 2.4 m;
