RE: 009062 N. B. LTD. SUBDIVISION, LOT 09-6 & 09-7, SANDLEWOOD CRESCENT (A) DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS REPORT DATED JUNE 26, 2009 Applicant, William Silliphant was not present. There was no one present speaking in favor of or against this Application. 1. moved by Linda Estabrooks that the Planning Advisory Committee recommend to Council the acceptance of $771.55 money in lieu of Land for Public Purposes (cash, money order, certified cheque or debit) for the purposes of creating one new building lot out of PID No. 30258750 to be located on Sandlewood Crescent as shown on the Amending Subdivision Plan, 009062 NB Ltd. Subdivision, Lot 09-6 and Lot 09-7, as prepared by DeSaulniers Surveys Inc. dated June 15, 2009, with approval of final Subdivision Plan to be subject to: a) payment of $771.55 (cash, money order, certified cheque or debit); b) any additional utility easements as required by NB Power & NB Tel for servicing the lots to be recorded and signed on the Final Plan; c) recording of Civic Numbers on the Final Subdivision Plan .
