DANIEL & BARBARA SAUNDERS SUBDIVISION (A DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S REPORT DATED AUGUST 24/04 (B) INSPECTION BRIEFING NOTE (C) LETTER DATED AUGUST 26/04 FROM DAVID & JEAN WILSON – 28 NEREPIS ROAD (D) LETTER DATED SEPTEMBER 7/04 FROM HUGES SURVEYS & CONSULTANTS INC. Present was property owner, Barabra Saunders, her daughter and son-in-law, Trindy and Jay Reid. Letter received from David & Jean Wilson stated reasons why they were not in support of this Application:

approve the following variances for the creation of one new residential
lot, as shown on Tentative Subdivision Plan, Daniel & Barbara Saunders
Subdivision as prepared by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Inc., dated
July 21, 2004:
b) grant a variance of 3.0 m to reduce the minimum frontage required for Lot 04-01 from 55 m to 52 m, subject to Department of Health approval of an onsite septic system for Lot 04-02….” 2. “…moved that the Planning Advisory Committee recommend to Council the acceptance of $1,263.16 (cash, money order or certified cheque) as money in lieu of Land for Public Purposes (LFFP), for the approval of 1 new residential building lot to be created on Nerepis Road, as shown on Tentative Subdivision Plan, Daniel & Barbara Saunders Subdivision, as prepared by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Inc., dated July 21, 2004, subject to: a) Final Subdivision Plan recording any Utility easements required by the NB Power; b) Payment of LFPP amount prior to the approval of the Subdivision Plan by the Development Officer….” Seconded by Jim Burke.
