FREE CHILDREN’S ENCAUSTIC PAINTING WORKSHOP

Constance Wooldridge, from the Saint John Arts Centre in cooperation with the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield’s Tourism Committee, will be holding a Children’s Encaustic Painting Workshop for school age children ages 6 and up on Sunday, June 6th at the Brundage Point River Centre, 4 Ferry Road, Grand Bay-Westfield. The workshop is from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and space is limited to 16 children. The craft supplies will be supplied so all you’ll need to bring is some old clothes and a creative imagination. Encaustic painting is an ancient form of painting using hot colored Bee’s wax. Refreshments will be served.
