MARTIAN MADNESS
ASTRONOMY PRESENTATION

The Saint John Astronomy Club, in cooperation with the Town of Grand Bay Westfield’s Tourism Committee, will be holding an astronomy presentation on Mars for children and adults on Sunday, February 21st at the Brundage Point River Centre, 4 Ferry Road, Grand Bay-Westfield from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  For many years the planet Mars teased astronomers with suggestions of life and inspiring science fiction classics like John Carter, War of the Worlds, and Marvin.  Listen to the history of Mars over the past 150 years and what has been learned from the rover space missions to the Red Planet.  If it is clear after the presentation, join the Saint John Astronomy Club in observing the Moon and, of course, Mars.

Hot Chocolate provided.
