TENDER CALL
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:30 A.M., local time, August 3, 2005 at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office. The Work consists generally of the construction of traffic signal foundations, supply and installation of underground conduits, signage, erection of poles and traffic equipment and wiring of traffic controller for the RA-5 Pedestrian Signal installation at the intersection of River Valley Drive and Epworth Park Road. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, P.O. Box 3001, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield, N.B, E5K 4V3 OR FROM Godfrey Associates Ltd., 186 Adelaide Street, Saint John, N.B., E2K 1X1, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) must accompany each Tender. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office
as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield
reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the
right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
