Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be eceived 
until 11:30 A.M., local time, April 9 , 2008 at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office. 

The placement Work consists generally of the supply, and compaction of approximately 1960 tonnes of hot-mix asphalt; and 300 tonnes of shoulder material to resurface the above noted municipal streets.

Saint John, N.B., E2K 1X1, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) nonrefundable (which includes applicable HST). 

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of Twenty-four 
thousand dollars ($ 24,000.00) must accompany each Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. 

Tenders will be opened publicly at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
