Plans, Specifications, Tender Documents and other information must be obtained from Richard & Co. Architecture Inc., Second Floor, 40 Water St., Saint John, N.B., upon receipt of a Non Refundable Deposit of $25.00 plus HST per set.  Telephone:  633-1361.

Tender Documents will be available for viewing at the Town Office, 609 River Valley Drive and at Builders Exchanges in Fredericton and Saint John.  

Sub-trade tenders N/A.

General Contractors’ tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation.  Certified Cheques are to be made payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield.

The requirements of the Crown Construction Contracts Act apply.

The lowest/highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders will be opened publicly immediately after the closing in the Grand Bay-Westfield Municipal Administration Offices Board Room, 609 River Valley Drive.
