Settlement of an Estate Duties of an Executor or Administrator Presentation by Ray Riddell, Q.C. Brundage Point River Centre Sunday, January 22, 2012 2pm to 3pm Are you unsure of what is required in the settlement of an estate? Have you agreed to be an executor? Have you appointed an executor? Are you thinking about making a Will? These are some of the questions Ray Riddell will answer for you at this presentation/ information session. He will present and field questions to deal with selecting an executor and the responsibility, as well as, the other side i.e. what to do when you are asked to be an executor. He will talk about the essential duties of closing the estate and provide some tips. The audience will take away some important details of closing an estate and a greater appreciation of the enormity of the task of settling an estate. Information packages will be provided.
