TENDER CALL
SLUDGE REMOVAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD, NB PROJECT NO: 10-4114
Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, May 6, 2011. The Work consists generally of the removal, dewatering and disposal of approximately 220 dry tonnes of sludge from the municipal aerated wastewater treatment lagoon. Particular Specifications may be obtained from the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, P.O. Box 3001, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield, NB, E5K 4V3, OR FROM Dillon Consulting Limited, 274 Sydney Street, Suite 200, Saint John, N.B., E2L 0A8, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) must accompany each Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
