TRAIL
GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD, N.B. PROJECT NO: 09-2797(A) Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, November 12, 2010 at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office. The Work consists generally of the removal of existing timber crib walls and concrete headwalls and the construction of new rock filled gabion retaining walls at two locations along the walking trail. The work also includes the supply and installation of approximately 10 lineal metres of 900 mm diameter reinforced concrete storm sewer pipe; guide rail removal and reinstallation and trail restoration. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, P.O. Box 3001, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield, N.B, E5K 4V3 OR FROM Dillon Consulting Limited., 600 Main Street, Hilyard Place, Building C, Suite C201, Saint John, N.B., E2K 1J5. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,500.00) must accompany each Tender. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible.
