Colonel Nase Boulevard Grand Bay-Westfield, NB Project No: 09-2712 (A) Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 AM, local time, February 5, 2010. The Work consists generally of clearing approximately 7 hectares on 2.25 kilometres of right-of-way for the proposed Colonel Nase Boulevard between River Valley Drive and Highland Road Particular Specifications may be obtained from the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, P.O. Box 3001, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield, N.B., E5K 4V3 OR FROM Dillon Consulting Limited, 186 Adelaide Street, Saint John, NB, E2K 1X1 upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($ 5,000.00) must accompany each Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
