TOWN OF GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD Sealed Tenders properly marked as
to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the
undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M. local time, May 20, 2010
at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand
Bay-Westfield
The Work consists generally of the supply and installation of approximately 1300 lineal metres of storm sewer pipe ranging in size from 200 mm to 1200 mm in diameter complete with precast concrete structures; roadway widening; construction of 270 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter and 2305 square metres of reinforced concrete sidewalk; and site restoration. Contract Documents may be obtained from the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, P.O. Box 3001, 609 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield, N.B, E5K 4V3 OR FROM Dillon Consulting Limited., 186 Adelaide Street, Saint John, N.B., E2K 1X1, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the fixed amount of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($110,000.00) must accompany each Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Grand Bay-Westfield Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
